Colorado Presbyterian Pilgrimage

There are two ways to apply for Pilgrimage attendance.

1. Fill out the application below and click submit.  Then mail your $50 deposit to Pilgrimage Registrar, c/o First Presbyterian Church, 219 East Bijou Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.  Applications are due by April 19th, 2012.

2.Download the application by clicking here, then print, fill it out and mail with your $50 deposit to Pilgrimage Registrar, c/o First Presbyterian Church, 219 East Bijou Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. 

Please note that, due to space considerations, your application is not a reservation.  We try to balance attendees among people of different ages, churches, and genders.  If we don't have space for you at the upcoming weekend, you will be given priority at the next weekend.

More information
The weekend begins at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, and ends at approximately 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.  The weekend will be held at La Foret Conference and Retreat Center located at 6145 Shoup Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80908. 

Cost
Cost for the weekend is $200. A $50 application fee is required and will be applied to the cost; the application will not be processed without this fee.  See our cancellation policy below.

Payment
After filling out this form, mail your application fee of $50* to:

Make checks payable to “First Presbyterian Church” and write your Pilgrimage dates in the memo line.  The remaining amount can be paid by check at the start of the weekend.  This fee covers lodging and meals.  If you would like, you may contribute to the scholarship fund, so that others from your church may attend.

Cancellation Policy
Due to commitments required by the retreat facility, deposits cannot be refunded if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the weekend.  Deposits can, however, be applied toward a future Pilgrimage for any applicant who needs to cancel a reservation.

Scholarships
Scholarships for up to half the registration fee are available. These scholarships are for individuals who might not otherwise be able to attend. If you would like to request information on obtaining a scholarship, please be sure to check the box in the form at the right.

Staff
If you have attended a Pilgrimage, Cursillo, Walk to Emmaus or similar weekend, you may apply for staff positions.  Click here.
